Franchesco’s has fresh seafood delights on its new Lenten menu through April 11. The Lenten Menu lineup of seafood-focused dishes are each inspired by a specific combination of complementary and harmonizing tastes.

Mediterranean Salmon- Now only $23
Seven days a week, Franchesco’s will be serving a new special Lenten menu. Take advantage of the greatly reduced pricing, including Mediterranean Salmon, a new menu item Scottish salmon with angel hair pasta, tomato medley, white wine sauce, and garlic. This new Lenten Menu won’t last forever, so come in and join us.
Kim’s Cod- Now only $21
Franchesco’s will be serving a new special Lenten menu with special prices. A classic dish from our main menu, but now with a special price for our Lenten Menu, Kim’s Cod, Fresh Icelandic cod, exotic mushroom blend, truffle mushroom risotto, and heirloom tomatoes. Come on in and join us for Lent!
Miso Salmon Skewer- Now only $10
For seven days a week during Lent, Franchesco’s will be serving a new menu with greatly reduced special prices. We have our new Miso Salmon Skewer with Scottish Salmon, miso, spicy mayo, topped with sesame. Great appetizer or Entree, come on in and try our new Lenten Menu.
Blackened Ahi Tuna- Now only $18
Come into Franchesco’s for Lent this year and try our new seafood specials. Blackened Ahi Tuna, Sushi-grade ahi tuna, blackened seasoning, and veggie slaw on the side. Don’t miss this special Lenten Menu, with special prices.
Sea Bass - Now only $32
Franchesco’s will be serving a new special menu for lent, with special prices. Our Roasted Sea Bass will definitely not disappoint! Roasted Chilean Sea Bass paired with fried Brussel sprouts and leeks, potato wedges, and a beurre blanc sauce, which is translated from French as "white butter," this is a hot emulsified butter sauce made with a reduction of vinegar and white wine.
